Since 2013, appointed Exclusive Service Provider by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the Modernized Consular Service & Visa System.
A designation held on behalf of the nation, carried out in cooperation with the governments of Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore, and delivered at embassies across two continents.

G-to-G Legalization Program
Diamond Palace has been appointed as the Exclusive Service Provider on behalf of Myanmar Government in the implementation of the "G-to-G" on behalf of Government of The Union of Republic of Myanmar. The program involves close cooperation with Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore Government. The program processes and scrutinises the status of citizenship and issuance of valid documents for undocumented Myanmar workers using the Biometric registration system at the respective country Embassies.
E-Government Projects
Electronic government refers to the utilisation of Information Technology (IT), ICTs, and other web-based telecommunication technologies to improve and/or enhance on the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery in the public sector. Diamond Palace provides this service to various key government agencies from administration to law enforcement.
One-Stop-Centre (Malaysia Visa)
In collaboration with Bukit Megah Sdn Bhd, the Exclusive Service Provider appointed by Government of Malaysia, Diamond Palace has been tasked to operate and manage the One-Stop-Centre (OSC) Malaysia Visa for all Visa application for Myanmar applicants going to Malaysia.
Manpower Recruitment Services
Diamond Palace supplies skilled and semi-skilled manpower across the region, managing immigration requirements, documentation, and workforce placement to meet each destination’s labour needs. Currently serving Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia.
Consular Services (Myanmar Embassy)
Since 2013, Diamond Palace Services Co., Ltd based in Myanmar has been appointed as the Exclusive Service Provider by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Myanmar, in implementing the Modernized System on Consular Service & Visa for Myanmar Embassies in various countries, currently operating at Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Paris, Rome and Kunming.
Visa Services by Myanmar Embassy
Diamond Palace is tasked to accept, review, sort and filter the Myanmar Visa application for foreigners who wanted to travel to Myanmar, providing convenience for businessman and tourist to obtain their Myanmar visa.
Microfinancing & Remittance
Diamond Palace has obtained the Micro Financing and Remittance License from Government of Myanmar, enabling the complete spectrum of needs by workers that intend to work overseas to seek for employment.
Biometric (ISC System)
Implementation of the Immigration Security Clearance (ISC) System started to all foreign workers including Myanmar workers to work in Malaysia commencing from 15 May 2017. Diamond Palace undertakes ISC system at the One-Stop-Centre (OSC) in Yangon from 1 June 2017 as a local partner.
Manpower Training & Duty of Care
Diamond Palace Services Company undertakes careful planning and preparation in considering worker wellbeing, health, personal safety and security issues. Pre-deployment training at labour ministry training centers in Yangon, with plans to establish vocational institutes to issue skills certificates.
Community Microfinance (Tavoy)
Diamond Palace provides loans through a community group microfinance programme in Tavoy, Tanintharyi Region since October 2017. Small loans support individuals and families, particularly women and micro-entrepreneurs, to meet essential needs or to start or expand a business.
Worker Deployment (Thailand MOU)
Diamond Palace sends about 100 people per week via the Myawaddy border crossing under MOU between Myanmar and Thailand. Workers have been sent to Republic of Korea, Singapore, with discussions ongoing with Japanese authorities.
