As Diamond Palace Group grew, it established Exoworld Group of Companies to expand into new business lines and meet rising market demand, carrying the same institutional standards into technology, energy, and infrastructure.
Myanmar’s first electronic Seafarer ID
In 2017, Omnitech was awarded the Seafarers’ Identity Document Issuance System for the Department of Marine Administration, the pioneer project for Myanmar to issue an internationally recognised, ICAO-compliant electronic Seafarer ID, complete with a secure printed card, chip, and chip operating system.

Omnitech, Seafarer Identity Document Issuance System
Incorporated 10th September 2015. In 2017, awarded to provide Seafarers Identity Document Issuance System to Department of Marine Administration, the pioneer project for Myanmar to issue internationally recognized ICAO-compliant Electronic Seafarer ID cards.
Electric Meter Billing System
Ministry of Electricity and Energy appointed Diamond Palace Services Co., Ltd. as System provider for Meter Billing system since January 2015. Successfully implemented in February 2015, piloted in Bago, then rolled out to other divisions and townships.
Yangon Water Bus (CATAMYA Waterbus)
In December 2016, submitted proposal to Yangon Region Transport Authority for Water Bus to operate in Yangon river and Ngamoeyeik river, with consideration of Safety, Comfortability, Speed, Trip Schedule, Ticketing, Maintenance, Monitoring, Controlling systems.
Rakhine State, Agriculture & Livestock
Implementing poultry farm, sow farm, food processing at Ponnagyun Industrial Zone, approximately 50 acres, extendable up to 100 acres beside the Kaladan River, 12 Nautical Miles from Estuary.
Rakhine State, Rural Electrification
Taking feasibility study for micro grid/mini grid power generation from mini hydro, smart solar, wind turbine, biomass to serve thousands of villages lacking power in Rakhine State.
600 MW Coal-Fired Power Plant
Developing in Kyauk Tan Township on the bank of Yangon Estuary in corporation with India Company and Singapore Company. MoU signed Oct 2013, MoA signed Mar 2016. PPA and ESIA in process.
Multi-purpose Deep Sea Port
Developing a Multi-purpose Deep Sea Port at the right bank of Yangon Estuary which will allow ships up to 200,000 DWT to access directly to Yangon, a transformative infrastructure project for Myanmar.
