Incorporated in Yangon
Diamond Palace Co., Ltd. is registered as a Limited Liability Company under the Myanmar Companies Act, the foundation of the Group.
- 1996
The first highway
Development of the Bawkyo–Lashio Union Highway in Mandalay, a direct link road to Kyegaung, China, and a 30-year Build-Operate-Transfer award from the Ministry of Construction: the first Myanmar company to jointly invest with a foreign partner.

Taking Myanmar to the world
Diamond Palace Travel and Tours is established, inbound and outbound tours, ticketing, and the exclusive Naga Tours, operated for 16 years.
- 2013
The nation’s trust, formalised
Myanmar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs appoints Diamond Palace Services as Exclusive Service Provider for the Modernized Consular Service & Visa System, USD 47.68 million of visa, consular, and passport issuance systems across seven embassies.
- 2015
The e-Government era
Electric meter billing for the Ministry of Electricity, piloted in Bago, rolled out nationwide, alongside e-Government systems for Rail Transportation, Energy, Commerce, Agriculture, and Labour. Omnitech is incorporated.

Guarding the corridor
The ISC biometric system goes live at the One-Stop-Centre in Yangon. Roughly 100 workers per week deploy under the Myanmar–Thailand MOU via Myawaddy. Omnitech is awarded Myanmar’s first ICAO-compliant Seafarer ID. Community microfinance begins in Tavoy.
